Payment providers and third parties

Payment information may be shared with Safaricom/Daraja and other payment or communications providers as needed to carry out a transaction or deliver a message. Image uploads may be processed by the image-hosting provider configured by the platform. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

Information is retained for the time needed for its purpose, support-retention settings, operational records, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
