These Terms of Service apply when you access or use BizPay™, create an account, or use its payment and account-management features.

Account eligibility and security

Provide accurate account details, keep login credentials private, and promptly report suspicious activity. You are responsible for actions performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Payment requests and payment status

A payment request or STK Push is not proof that a payment has completed. A payment is treated as successful only after the relevant payment provider response or transaction record confirms it. Do not ask customers to disclose their M-Pesa PIN, password, or one-time verification codes to you or support staff.

Fees, withdrawals, and account balances

Fees and limits shown at the time of a transaction apply to that transaction unless clearly stated otherwise. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, available balance, processing checks, and review. Pending requests may be cancelled only where the platform allows it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful payments, fraud, impersonation, abusive messages, security testing without permission, or attempts to access another customer’s information. We may limit or suspend access where there are reasonable security, compliance, or abuse concerns and communicate a reason where appropriate.

Service availability

The service relies on hosting, network, banking, payment-provider, and communications systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a fixed processing time. We will take reasonable steps to investigate reported incidents.
